The President of a Village or Incorporated Town or Mayor license plates are available only to the president of a village or incorporated town or mayor.
A letter from the village or incorporated town or municipality verifying the individual's status as a president of a village or incorporated town or mayor must accompany the application.
A letter also must be submitted annually with the registration renewal verifying the individual's status as president of a village or incorporated town or mayor.
This request may only be processed in the Springfield Office.
The license plates must be surrendered when the person no longer serves as the president of a village or incorporated town or mayor.
