ILLINOIS STATE LIBRARY

Outreach Services

The Illinois State Library serves its main clientele—state employees, government and elected officials of the State of Illinois—with library reference services and resources. Reference staff travel to a Springfield agency office or conduct a webinar for statewide locations. The presentations focus on an overview of services, how to obtain a library card online, remote access to databases, reference assistance and map library services. There is ample time for questions and answers.

INFORM, a bi-monthly newsletter highlighting library services and materials is also sent to all card holders.
