Committees, Boards and Subcommittees
The Illinois State Library utilizes the volunteer expertise of a variety of committees, boards and subcommittees to provide input and make recommendations that achieve the State Library's mission through implementation of statewide library programs and development initiatives. Every effort is made to establish committees, boards and subcommittees that are robust with expertise and represent the rich diversity within the Illinois library community.

Member Compliance Requirements
All members are required, prior to the start of membership, to complete and submit the forms listed in the table below. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in the dismissal of a member. A member not in compliance will be allowed to rejoin as a full member by immediately presenting all required documents substantiating compliance if a replacement to that committee, board or subcommittee has not been appointed.
