The IRAD facility at Western Illinois
University is located on the 6th level of
University Library on the main campus in Macomb. The University
Library is located on WIU's Macomb campus along Western Avenue.
IRAD at
Western Illinois University is housed with the University Archives and
Special Collections.
Campus parking is limited.

Campus in Macomb
Western Illinois University is located in Macomb, Illinois, at the
junction of Highways 67 (north-south) and 136 (east-west).
From the Chicago Area
From the Chicago area, travel west on I-88 or I-80. On I-88, take exit
#1A to I-74 east towards Peoria. Take the I-74 east
exit towards Peoria. Merge onto I-74 East. Take the US-34 West exit, exit
number 46A, towards Monmouth. Merge onto US-34 West. Stay straight to go
onto US-67 South. On I-80, exit I-74 east to Galesburg/Monmouth. At Monmouth, take Highway 67 south, 30 miles to
Macomb.
From the South
From St. Louis and other points south, take Highway 67 north to
Macomb.
From the East
From eastern Illinois, take State Route 136 and travel west to Macomb. Or
take State Route 29 North. Stay straight to go onto
State Route 97. Make a slight left onto State Route 125. IL-125 becomes
US-67. Outside the Macomb city limits, US-67 and US-136 merge. Follow
US-136/67 into Macomb. Take US-67 north at the train depot and follow signs
at University Drive.
